It is that time of year again, where we are begging for ways to recuperate from the exploits of December!
My recommendation for 2013 is Milk Thistle. It is high in an antioxidant called silymarin. This has been found to help boost liver function, which is desperately needed to reverse the merriments of the season. It also helps shield the affect of toxic affect of alcohol.
I propose drinking Milk Thistle in the form of tea. Staying in for January with your hands wrapped around our porcelain hand made mugs whilst being enveloped in a hand stitched cashmere blanket... you may never go out again!
